The conference was organized with the support of the Istanbul Economic Research Association in a hybrid mode with an online and face-to-face presentation at the Mathias Corvinus Collegium in Budapest, Hungary.

187 papers from 381 colleagues from 58 countries were presented at the conference.

On behalf of the University of Lleida, Dr. Estela Mariné Roig presented comparing the online gastronomic image of Asia and Europe through consumer opinions.
